Answer:

Women have decided to speak.

Explanation:

Many decades ago, women were treated like objects, to serve the purpose. Not many nations considered women equal in society. That is why women decided to change this.

The principal reason for women to speak was to finally get someone to listen. As no one wanted to listen to only one woman, they have started to gather. When women gathered, they were collaborating, listening, passing the prejudices to come to a solution.

Women are not like men, they are different, they do things differently and that should be the point of their war to be noticed in the world. Women spoke, and transpassing the fear of silence, evoked many changes.

What is the probability that the small bowl of cereal contains more cereal than the large?
Sav [38]

Answer:0.0228

Explanation:

Assuming the letter of Alphabet A is a random variable which represents the small bowl and the letter of Alphabet B is the random variable which represents the large bowl.......

Therefore, the total amount of large bowl and small bowl is B+A and the difference between the large bowl and the small bowl is B-A....................

The first thing to do is to find the variance followed by the determination of the z-score.

(A). Variance= σ= √( σ^2(B) + σ^2(A)..........-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------(1)..

Then,

σ= √(0.4^2 + 0.3^2).

σ= 0.5.

(B). Hence, we calculate for the z-factor.

Therefore, z= 0 - 1/ 0.5.

= -2.

So, P(B - A < 0) = 0.0228.

Reward power involves the potential to influence others due to one's control over desired resources.
Anestetic [448]

The capacity to influence others as a result of one's control over desirable resources is known as reward power.

An official authority granted to a work supervisor to bestow prizes on subordinates is known as the "reward power." It is position power, which means that the basis of the power is built on the authority a leader has within a corporation.

Managers or supervisors who provide incentives for workers to perform better are an example of those with reward power. By rewarding team members who reach a predetermined sales goal, they could achieve this.

Power from rewards isn't the same as influence from within. It is a formal authority granted to supervisors, project managers, or team leaders who have formal authority. For any other reason but productivity at work, they do not give out prizes.
