360 divided by 5 equals 72
Just add 9 to 9 until it hit a 360 then 
Add 4 to 4 until it hit 360 also and divide 360 by 9 and 5

So the last value has to be either a zero or five
A multiple of 9 between 300-400 is 315 and 360
But 315 is not even so the answer is 360
