Cyprus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland and Portugal.</span>

Having a core culture can help with the communication and processes within the organization and make it easier for the organization to cooperate as a whole in order to accomplish their goals.</span>
