The french revolution was a serious political reform whereby the citizens ( revolutionists overthrew the Monarchy and took over the government of France. this political reform made every citizen equal including the Monarchs who enjoy undue privileges over other citizens. this revolution lasted from 1789 to 1799. this revolution shaped the border of Europe and helped to end vestiges of Feudalism in Western and central Europe, which cut across Great Britain as well replicating the same suffering to all man .

The American Revolution was an eye opener to the french and this encouraged the french revolution and ended the Monarchy rule in France and also giving power back to the ordinary citizens.
