Gerrymandering a problem for the House of Representatives but not the senate because Senate seats are not assigned based on congressional districts.

Further Explanation:

Gerrymandering is an exercise of setting boundaries of districts in favour of political interest in the legislative bodies. It has been used the first time in the United States in 1788 to strengthen the power of political parties. In the United States, after every 10 years redistricting of the electoral districts takes place which sets geographical boundaries having an equal number of state voters.

The final map which is created affects the elections of the House of Representatives and the state legislature. Redistricting is also known as a political exercise to which most of the states control its state legislators and governors. If one party have control over any state's legislative body then it will have a strong position in gerrymandering a district boundary in its advantage which will be a disadvantage to its opponents.

Recently, with the advancement of technology the detailed mapping and high-speed computing processes used by the political parties to increase control over state legislation. This ensures that their influence remains for several decades over the state’s population ignoring the fact of changing the political scenario in that state. Typical form of Gerrymandering cases takes place in the form of partisan. In partisan gerrymandering the process of redistricting favour one party or weaken the other political party. The other type of Gerrymandering is Bipartisan in which the officeholders are protected by multiple parties. The third type is Racial Gerrymandering which aimed to decrease the power of the minority voters.

iragen [17]
Continental drift describes one of the earliest ways geologists thought continents moved over time. In the early 20th century, Wegener published a paper explaining his theory that the continental landmasses were “drifting” across the Earth, sometimes plowing through oceans and into each other.

How did railroads expansion make natural resources more available in the U.S?
4vir4ik [10]

The expansion and development of the railroads was revolutionary in many aspects, one of which was the availability of natural resources. Before the railroad expansion, the natural resources couldn't be transported to distant location, or only in smaller amounts. While that is not a big problem for the resources like the gold, the ones like the coal and timber are not economically justified nor are of great use if they are transported in small amounts. So once the railroad expansion took place, this all changed, and the natural resources were now possible to be delivered in large amounts over long distances without problems.

Which theory proposes that prejudice results from the justifications we create to determine that our ingroup should receive and
kumpel [21]

Realistic Conflict Theory proposes that prejudice results from the justifications we create to determine that our ingroup should receive an unfair amount of limited resources.

The practical conflict concept, additionally called the realistic institution struggle idea, is a social mental model of intergroup conflict. The sensible group struggle principle (RGCT) states that competition between organizations for finite resources results in intergroup stereotypes, antagonism, and warfare.

The practical battle theory states that on every occasion there are extra agencies that are seeking the same restricted resources, this will result in conflict, poor stereotypes and ideals, and discrimination among the businesses.

One group need only accept as true that opposition exists for adverse feelings and discriminatory behavior to follow. as instance, if ethnic institution A believes that contributors of ethnic group B pose a hazard to them by using “stealing jobs,” then irrespective of whether or not this is authentic, ethnic institution A will sense resentment and hostility.
