A]

A is kind of tricky. I have lived in predominately Japanese communities and believe it or not, they have cleverly overcome the hilly terrain by planting in ascending spirals. The museum in New Denver British Columbia shows how this is done. It is difficult, but it can be done.

B]

I don't really think this is a choice either. Japan, like most modern countries, have an urban society.  The hills and mountains in Japan are like most other places. City life has just become easier than rural living.

C

This is undoubtedly true.

D

And D is also true. Fishing is a huge agricultural industry in Japan, but vegetables are still needed, and rural life can never be completely eliminated. I'd pick D, but I think it is incomplete.

E

A sea goddess was likely given power after the location was chosen. Still it might be a factor.

Paid vacations, pensions, and fringe benefits.

Two important elements played roles in the Florida Land Boom. For the first time Americans had the time and money to travel to Florida to invest in real estate.
