If you have a friend suffering from depression, you should contact a trusted adult or teacher. I've actually helped one of my friends who was suffering with depression by letting someone know, and she is much happier now! :)

I think you should help them out if they get out of place or to depressed
just try to make them happy. If they have a mental heath condition just try
to calm them down and help them get though it.
