The federal government's inherent powers are based on America's SOVEREIGNTY.

Inherent powers arise from national sovereignty. Each country exercises them in accordance with its Constitution.

In the USA, the President exercises these powers based on the provisions of the Constitution, which states that "the Executive Power shall be vested in a President" and that he must "take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

Do you believe there should be a death penalty? On what values and beliefs is your answer based?
Sergeu [11.5K]

I think that there should be a death penalty because criminals violate our rights all the time. Therefore, since human rights must belong to everyone, I believe that if they kill they should die. For example, if a criminal killed a member of my family, our life would never be the same, so this kind of events should not remain unpunished. My opinion is purely personal and is based on my sense of fairness and moral principles.
