Answer:

The Munich Pact was approved and signed during the night of September 30, 1938 by the heads of government of the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Germany, with the aim of solving the Sudeten Crisis. The United Kingdom and France were pleased with the wishes of the German population of the Sudetenland and considered this agreement as a partial revision of the Treaty of Versailles. Especially it was intended to avoid a new war, despite putting the existence of Czechoslovakia in great danger.

Explanation:

The pact recognized the aspirations of the Third Reich to annex the Sudeten region, while the governments of France, Great Britain and Italy accepted Hitler's claim to revise the borders of Czechoslovakia and adapt them to German demands, without even formulating the Czechoslovak government a consultation on such an agreement.

The creation of the Articles of Confederation is an example of the continuing debate over the issue of the "Balance of Power". W
elixir [45]

The term, "Balance of Power" is an issue that has led to a continuing debate since the creation of the Articles of Confederation between Federal (or Central power) versus State powers.

What is the concept of "Balance of Power" in the United States?

As concerns the United States of America, the term, "Balance of Power' refers to the continued debate over just how much the federal government should hold in relation to the state government and what powers the state government should hold as a semi-independent system.

This led to the creation of the Articles of Confederation which gave rise to a weak federal government and a strong state government but the Constitution changed that and gave the Federal government more power when it deemed this to be the best way.
