An organization that defines their culture by having strong, powerful leaders that take care of the needs of individuals in the organization is best characterized as <u>family</u> culture. Family culture is a characteristic in an organization with employee team spirit and cohesiveness, loyalty, positive employee organizational attitude. This is achieved when the management and leadership of an organization is all inclusive and the leader has a strong character which engenders admiration and loyalty from his subordinates and he/she is able to lead them in achieving set goals.
Family occurs when there is unity and peace between group of people either in their set of values or culture.
An organisation in which powerful leaders take care of individual are consider as family culture because it is part and parcel of leaders to provide for the needs of this individual and it has also been consider as the leader responsibility to take care of the individual in their organisation because this individual look up to them when ever they are in need.
Furthermore their is unity among them which makes the leaders to provide and meet the needs of this individual beyond expectation.
