1.they have a very shallow education which means they have studied all the moralities for the sake of their marks but not for applying in real world. 2. their greed for money or fame defeats their education 3.Or,sometimes they involve in bad practices because of some trap or compulsion.
Thomas Jefferson actually wrote the document but it was as a whole committee that was appointed with the job. He was persuaded by John Adams(I believe, sorry if I am wrong) to write the Declaration of Independence.
