Answer:

a) 2x2 b)3x3 c) Not possible d) 2x3 e) 3x2 f) 3x3 g)Not possible h)3x2

Step-by-step explanation:

-> we can only add matrices with same size

-> we can only multiply when columns of first equal to rows of second

-> nxm multiplied by pxq gives nxq eg 3x2 mul 2x2 gives 3x2

-> addition and mul by const number dont change the size

So considering the above facts :-

a) AB+C = [(2x2)(2X2)]+(2x2)=(2x2)+(2x2)=2x2

b) 3GF =3[(3x3)(3x3)]=3(3x3)=3x3

c)CK+B= [(2x2)(2x3)]+(2x2)=(2x3)+(2x2) which is not possible (see point 1)

d)CK+H =as CK is (2x3) so (2x3)+(2x3)=(2x3)

e)EMC=[(3x3)(3x2)](2x2)=(3x2)(2x2)=3x3

f)GLH=[(3x3)(3x2)](2x3)=(3x2)(2x3)=3x3

g)HLG=[(2x3)(3x2)](3x3)=(2x2)(3x3)= not possible(see point 2)

h)2EL+5MB=2[(3x3)(3x2)]+5[(3x2)(2x2)]=(3x2)+(3x2)=3x2

WILL GIVE THE BRAINLIEST. PLEASE HELP.
stiks02 [169]

Answer:

300 miles.

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance = Rate * Time

We know the rate, 80 miles per hour.

We know the time, 3.75 hours.

As these use the same time unit, hours, we don't need to change any values.

We can just put these values into the formula:

d=r*t

d=80*3.75=300

Answer: 300 miles.

tim drives at an average speed of 80km per hour for 3 hours 35 minutes work out how many kilometres tim drives
Virty [35]

Answer:

286 2/3 km

Step-by-step explanation:

Recalling that 1 hour = 60 minutes, we convert '3 hours 35 minutes' to

3 + (35/60) hours, or 3 35/60 hours, or 3.5833 hours.

Since distance = (rate)(time),

the distance driven by tim is (80 km/hr)(3.5833 hrs) = 286 2/3 km

Write ln(x^3y^2) in terms of u and v (picture provided)
Katena32 [7]

Remember the properties of logarithms. If you have ln81, you can pull out the power of two (9^2) and have 2ln9. Also, you could do ln9 + ln9 because 9*9=81 and ln9*9 = ln9 + ln9

With these properties, you can get 3lnx+2lny, which is 3u+2v according to the answer.

Hope I helped!
