Biology

Answer:

In the 5'-3' direction

Explanation:

DNA is made up of nucleotides which are derived from phosphate, nucleobase and a deoxyribose, which is a sugar molecule. Addition of a new nucleotide requires a free hydroxyl group (-OH) of the sugar molecule. This is usually at 3' end of the DNA strand. Thus, the DNA polymerase reads the strand from the 5'-3' end adding a new nucleotide at the 3' end.

For example name as "MIDHUN" and name1 as "Midhun" . The first two characters from name and name1 ( M and M ) are compared. As they are equal, the second two characters are compared. Since the ASCII values are not equal the result is not equal.</span>

Why were slaves important to the colonial economy? Hint: discuss economic interdependence found in the lesson Answer:
bekas [8.4K]

There are many reasons to why slaves were essential in the colonial economy:

Slaves were generally used more in the south, because large plantations were found there, which meant that the need for large amounts of workers.

Slaves provided cheap labors, and as they were not "citizens" of the US, they were not allowed their rights.

Slaves were also relatively easy to buy and replace, however, their survival rates were not that good after they traveled long distance.

etc.
