Instead of mashed potatoes, use baked potatoes and instead of gravy use seasoned yogurt. Instead of butter with dinner roll use avocados with dinner roll and replace the sugary lemonade with plain water.

Or change the mashed potatoes with sweet potatoes. Instead of a dinner roll you could use pork rinds because those are very low in calories. Lemonade is very sugary so try water with lemon
