Well look at seniors.. the first section has the number 16 for morning classes so take 16, add all the numbers together... 
16+15+7=38 
so the fraction is 16/38
convert that to a decimal.. which is 0.42.1052632, and etc... 
so, therefore, your answer would be
0.421:)
