Answer:

Something abnormal is something unusual or worrying, something significant is something worthy of attention, meaningful and important.

In Patient Care pratices and Functional Behavioral Assessment, which are processes that require gathering information by means of observation, listening, and analizing a patient's/student or child's environment or behavior to outline a support plan, abnormal findings are those outside the individual/patient's normal range (irregular trait's changes) that don't follow usual standards; and significant findings are important situations to consider, pay attention and be mindful of in order to further assist the patient or such individual; sometimes abnormal findings become significant under the context but not always.

Savatey [412]

Answer:Job satisfaction

Explanation:Job satisfaction measures how content or not content people are with their day to day jobs.

This depends on various factors such wages, Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, age etc.

These factors can contribute to job satisfaction or dissatisfaction for example Intrinsic motivation, when someone works in a job that aligns well with what drives them in life or a job that aligns with their values they are very likely to be satisfied.

Some people also need things like being rewarded for the work they have done well which may give them satisfaction.

Employers can play the role as much as individuals play the role in job satisfaction by rewarding their employees , increasing their wages .

According to research on hypnosis, what is the most important factor for hypnosis to work?
mel-nik [20]

I believe the answer is: the suggestibility of the individual who is to be hypnotized

Suggestibility in this context refers to the inclination of the person to accept the act of hypnosis that being done to that person. This would make them much more open to follow the instruction given during the hypnosis, which most likely lead to higher chance of success.
