The carrot is certainly rich in vitamin A but the lenses do not contain.

Vitamins B12 is not found in lentils.

Carrots and lentils are not high in fat. On the other hand, both contain a high water content (69 grams per 100 grams of cooked lentils, and 88 grams per 100 grams of carrots).
