To find :area of he arrow...
To construct: join point C to point D
Solution: in triangle ABE
We have, BE=6inches
Height =AL=8-5=3
Therefore ,Area of triangleABE=1/2*b*h=1/2*6*3=9 inch sq
Now ,CDGF is a rectangle
=>area of a rectangle=l*b=5*4=20inch sq
Now area of the given arrow=area of triangle +area of rectangle=9+20=29inch sq
Therefore option(2.)is the answer to ur question....
Hope this helps u...!!!!

17. What's the difference between 1,968 and 3,000? Check your answer using inverse operations.
Georgia [21]
The difference between 1,968 and 3,000 is 1,038. You can check the answer using inverse operations by adding 1,038 and 1,968. If it gives 3,000 then the answer is right. 3, 000 - 1,968 = 1,038.

1,038 + 1,968 = 3,000

Convert x2 + y2 -4x = 0 to polar form.
Bingel [31]

Answer:

r(r-4\cos \theta)=0

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given the following equation:

x^2 + y^2 -4x = 0

We have to convert it into polar form.

We put

x = r \cos \theta\\y = r\sin \theta

Putting values, we get:

x^2 + y^2 -4x = 0\\(r\cos \theta)^2 + (r\sin \theta)^2 - 4(r\cos \theta) = 0\\r^2(\cos^2 \theta + \sin^2 \theta) - 4r\cos \theta = 0\\r^2 - 4r\cos \theta = 0\\r(r-4\cos \theta)=0

is the required polar form.

This table shows values that represent an exponential function. What is the average rate of change for this function for the int
Pepsi [2]

Answer:

\boxed{12}

Step-by-step explanation:

When x = 3, y = 13

When x = 5, y = 37

Subtract both y-values to find the change:

37 - 13 = 24

Average of the change:

\frac{24}{2} = 12
