China’s economic expansion, also known as “the Opening Up of China”, and its ruling authorities seem to have a correlating relationship. When China is open to trade, it is most often successful economically.

Prior to the 19th century, China had one of the world’s largest and strongest economies. After a decline in the nineteenth century during the Qing Dynasty reign (due to internal conflict and the Opium Wars), China came back full force in the early 1930’s. Towards the mid 1900’s the Communist Party made reforms, or changes, to the economy in the forms of collectivism of agriculture, opening to trade and foreign investment with other nations, and allowing entrepreneurs to start businesses; contracting out state owned industry and lifting price controls. This has allowed for large success and modern growth into the modern-day.

Answer:This is most consistent with INNOVATION form of adaptation in Merton’s theory of strain

Explanation:

Robert Merton focused on explaining why people tend to commit to deviant behavior within society and he opposed the other theorists who believed that it is derived by individual motives. Merton argued with these theorists by suggesting that some people feel that the only way to adjust in a normal way within society is to turn to criminal activities to alleviate their critical situation. He referred into anomie or strain theory , anomie which state that

due to confusion of what is happening in one's life and how hard they find it to achieve certain goals in a normal way they will resort to criminal activities.

The first way is to conform to society which means accept what ever is defined by society by pursuing success only in the ways acceptable within society such as education and earning money through a job.

The second reaction is innovation , this refers mostly to criminal act these are people who still believe they must pursue success just they innovate their own ways to pursue that success. They turn to deviant behavior because they want to achieve the success expected from them just that they use deviant innovations.

Such as the student above , he want to do well in school hence he innovate cheating as a way to help him achieve this goal.

Answer:

I can't write you an essay, but i can give you the things you need to write it.

1. Native American

  • Hunting, gathering, and fishing supplied most of the food for indigenous people throughout the West, especially along the Columbia and Colorado Rivers.
  • The western part of the present-day United States, extending from the top corner of Washington, through California and into parts of Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho, was home to a diverse array of Native American groups.
  • Over one hundred federally-recognized tribes
  • The Great Basin natives were the first to create canoes to aid the fishing process and secure a surplus of fish in preparation for times of scarcity.

monotonous tasks like hunting and gathering had spiritual significance to Western American Indians. Some groups would pray for good hunting luck, and others developed rituals around such processes. In the Great Basin, Sahaptin-speaking people would throw salmon bones back into the Columbia River as to rejuvenate the supply of fish for the following season.

2. European

  • The European colonization of the Americas describes the Age of Exploration and the resulting conquest of indigenous lands. The Age of Exploration represents the beginning of the establishment of Western European control in what is now considered North and South America. Europe had been preoccupied with internal wars and was slowly recovering from the loss of population caused by the Black Death; thus the rapid rate at which it grew in wealth and power was unforeseeable in the early 15th century.
  • European colonization impacted the political systems, geographic boundaries, and languages that predominate in the hemisphere's largely independent states today

Unfortunately that's all i can give srry!
