1. We assume, that the number 186 is 100% - because it's the output value of the task.

2. We assume, that x is the value we are looking for.

3. If 100% equals 186, so we can write it down as 100%=186.

4. We know, that x% equals 93 of the output value, so we can write it down as x%=93.

5. Now we have two simple equations:

1) 100%=186

2) x%=93

where left sides of both of them have the same units, and both right sides have the same units, so we can do something like that:

100%/x%=186/93

6. Now we just have to solve the simple equation, and we will get the solution we are looking for.

7. Solution for 93 is what percent of 186

100%/x%=186/93

(100/x)*x=(186/93)*x       - we multiply both sides of the equation by x

100=2*x       - we divide both sides of the equation by (2) to get x

100/2=x

50=x

x=50

now we have:

93 is 50% of 186

Explanation:

Simplify:   " √20 ⋅ √3 · √18 " :

___________________________

Step 1)  Simplify the "first term" :

"√20  " = √4 √5 = 2√5  ;

___________________________

Step 2):  Consider the "second term:

                  "√3 " = √3  (already simplified);

___________________________

Step 3)  Simplifly the "third term" :

" √18  "  =  √9 * √2 =  " 3√2 " ;

____________________________

We have:  " 2√5 * √3 * 3√2 " ;

                 =   (2* 3) *  (√5 * √3 * √2) ;

                 =  6 * (√5 √3 √2)  ;

Note:  " (√5 * √3 * √2 )"  =   " √(5 * 3 * 2) "  =  " √ 30 " .

So:    " 6 * (√5 * √3 * √2)  =

          →   " 6 √30 " .

The answer is:  " 6√30 " ;
