Answer:

Brisk walking.

Explanation:

Exercises that help to improve cardiorespiratory health are aerobic ones, because this type involves oxygen as a principal source of energy, which requires to breath well. Aerobic exercises are long but low intensity because don't require weightlifting or related. Actually aerobic means "with oxygen".

In this case, brisk walking is the right answer because is an aerobic activity which is centered in oxygen, which will help to improve cardiorespiratory system. The counterpart of this exercise is anaerobic which is without oxygen, these are high intensity and pressure exercise like weightlifting.

lisov135 [29]

Answer:

I did my best

Explanation:

Day 1: I was in class and was partnered up with a bigger girl, but she was really fun and such a great person! We became friends now!

Day 2: I was working and served food to a really tall and really t hi n man. He looked very malnourished and wiry, he looked a bit unhealthy.

Day 3: There is a guy in one of my classes that I like, I think he is very attractive. He is a bit on the bigger side, but I don't think he has f a t. He just looks like he had a lot of muscle.

Day 4: I was walking downtown and noticed an older couple, and both looked a bit big. They were still beautiful people, though, and they seemed to l o ve each other a lot.

Day 5: My boss was talking to me and I noticed how t h in she was. She wasn't too th i n, but she was still pretty t h in, if that makes sense. She's very pretty.

I find myself noticing their weight, but I like to notice how people act and their personalities. I determine an att ra c ti ve, healthy person by, yes, looking at their weight as in if they are way too ove rwe i ght or way too th i n. I also look at their personality, as in if they are just mean or a kind-hearted person. I think what caused the different sizes and shapes of these people are metabolism rates. For example, my boss would have a higher metabolism rate, while the older couple I saw would have a slowed metabolism rate.
