Well we know percents are out of 100 so divide 100 by 4 to get 25. Then you have it in a decimal 3.25. All you do is the swing the decimal over twice since again percents are out of 100 and the hundredths place is the 2nd number after the decimal. Once you do that you get your answer *325%* sorry if that’s confusing but there’s your answer!

The answer is 350%


3/4 is expanded to 75/100 by multiplying the numerator by 25 and denominator by 25


even though the second part isn't the answer that's an example :)
