Celebrities shouldn’t be role models for an ideal body because of 2 reasons:

1) Most images of them are photoshopped and do not resemble their real bodies

2) Some celebrities with “ideal bodies” do unhealthy habits that give them this body

ex: throwing up, not eating,etc

Hope this helps comment below for more questions :)

olga nikolaevna [1]
There are many different types of conflict. for example, two of my friends were arguing about which radio channel was better. they wouldn't stop arguing and I couldn't cope anymore and told them that it doesn't matter what your opinion is on anything, everyones is personal and not one is right or wrong. so therefore there is no point arguing and everyone can have their own opinion, even if yours is different to your friends or family, it doesn't mean its wrong

Stress surrounds us on a daily basis. Which of the following statements BEST describes ways to reduce or handle stress?
d1i1m1o1n [39]
Stress is the body’s reaction when we feel threatened, unsafe, confused and otherwise unhappy. But for such a commonly experienced and well-understood problem, we are doing a pretty bad job at dealing with it. Usual advice for reducing stress includes exercise, meditation, breathing exercises, etc. But the problem with this advice is that it doesn’t really address the problem of stress (you can exercise in the morning and still feel stressed at work), or that it means taking up a habit which usually takes a long time, and even then it’s not sure it will stick.

A much more efficient way of handling stress is reevaluating our whole relationship with it.
