Yes if your calorie limit is well ... limited. But if you eat junk/bad food for a long period of time then it can affect your health negatively in the long run. Example: keeping calorie intake 900 cals and under but only eating McDonald’s. Another example is skinny people who seem to eat unhealthy but still stay slim.

I personally eat pretty unhealthy but still workout rn I'm at 120 it's gonna be harder to loose weight but if you can most definitely try eating healthy and get proper nutrition.

When thinking about health inequalities people often use the analogue of the ladder to show how the gradient of worsening health outcomes affects all people in society except those at the very top. This leads to the second part of the answer. health follows the social gradient. Those second from the top have worse health than those at the top, and so on, all the way down the social hierarchy.
