Hello there kevin i would say The land in a wetlands area is very moist and quite damp. The soil doesn't support really any type of construction very well. For example, the Ihop parking lot in Mississippi collapsed recently and it was found that the restaurant had been built on a wetlands area. So really, when a parking lot is built in a wetlands area, it will probably not work out.

Answer:

The correct answer is option B which is rain percolates through the pavement into the ground below, causing cracks in the pavement.

Explanation:

 • Wetlands are areas where the water content is more in the soil of the land than the normal land.
 • It is usually not perfect hard land, It is the soft place.
 • When this area is converted into the parking lot. When it rains rainwater makes its way to be absorbed in the land below the parking lot because wetland has high ability to absorb water.
 • Hence the small pores will be converted to large pores as large amount of water will pass through it.
 • These large pores will change into cracks in the parking lot.

How does the temperature change affect water cohesion
kakasveta [241]
As the temperature increases the molecules interact between the liquids only because molecules are weaker.water allows materials to rest upon it if the surface tension is,nt broken there would be less cohesion the higher the temp i,m thinking the colder the stronger the bond gets. It melts and makes the water harder to freeze.
