Which sentence does NOT belong in the paragraph?

English

The correct answer is 3 He was in that situation once before

Explanation:

In writing, a paragraph refers to a set of sentences that developed or explain one main idea or point which is called the topic sentence and is usually the first sentence. This implies, in a paragraph only sentences related to the main point or idea should be included rather than sentences to other topics or sentences that do not explain or develop the main point. In the case of the paragraph presented in this almost all sentence relate to the topic sentence "Matt hates peaches"; however, in the case of the sentence 3 "He was in that situation once before" this sentence does not explain the reasons or the way Matt hates peaches but only provides a detail of sentence 2 and therefore this sentence is not necessary or does not belong to the paragraph.

I'm not very sure, but I am guessing Sentence 3. If you read the paragraph without Sentence 3, it sounds correct.

Short story about social issues

V125BC [204]

A social issue is some problem or concern related to a larger issue that impacts society in general. Often, the social issues brought along in fiction reflect contemporary concerns in the author's world. This type of issue in literature often delivers up as a theme that involves the plot and outcome of the story

How to write short story about social issues?

A social issue is a problem that involves many people within a society. It is a group of common problems in present-day society and ones that many people seek to solve. It is often the consequence of factors stretching beyond an individual's control.

Social issues are the source of contradicting opinions on the grounds of what is sensed as morally correct or incorrect personal life or interpersonal social life decisions. Social issues are determined from economic issues; however, some issues (such as immigration) have both social and economic factors. Some issues do not fall into either category, such as action.

There can be debates about what social issues are worth solving, or which should take precedence. Different individuals and different societies have different perceptions. In Rights of Man and Common Sense, Thomas Paine addresses someone's duty to "allow the same rights to others as we allow ourselves." The failure to do so causes the product of a social issue.

How do lines 15-16—"the first delicate crack of lightning"—add to the development of the poem's symbolism? Cite evidence in your
prisoha [69]

Answer:

Explanation:

These lines come from a poem writen by the American poet Linda Pastan The name of this poem is “Egg,” and in here she mentions the physical characteristics of that egg. She uses the symbolism to give the egg a dynamic power.

"the first delicate crack of lightning" is an example of the dynamism and power given to the egg through the expression lightning. The symbolism is atechnique that uses symbols to give qualities to objects, like an egg using sometinmes other object, like a lightning.

Symbolism can take different forms. Generally, it is an object representing another, to give an entirely different meaning that is much deeper and more significant.
