Answer=B

We can see this by looking at the graph. For example, for y=20.

Graph A y=20 x≈2.5

Graph B y=20 x≈6

If y=childrens tickets=$6
and
x=adult tickets=$8

Then for graph a...

y=20
20*6=120
x=2.5
8*2.5=20
x+y=120+20=140

While for graph b...

y=20
20*6=120
x≈6
6*8=48
y+x=120+48=168

So graph b fits the data's no more than $172 closer.

The circle shown below has AB and BC as its tangents: AB and BC are two tangents to a circle which intersect outside the circle
Nadusha1986 [10]
We are given with
arc AC = 130
The measure of the arc on the other side of the circle is
360 - 130 = 230
Therefore, according to the theorem on circles, the measure of angle ABC is
(1/2) ( 230 - 130) = 50

A warehouse charges its customers $4 per day for every 10 cubic feet of space used for storage. The figure records the storage u
ikadub [295]

Figure 1 is the original figure, while figure 2 is modified, so that a triangle and a rectangle can be easily observed.

The area of triangle and rectangle represents the total number of cubic feet of storage multiply by the number of days of storage usage.

Hence

Total Area = Area of triangle + Area of rectangle

= 30 x 10,000 + ½ 30 x (30,000 – 10,000)

= 300,000 + 300,000

= 600,000

As 10 cubic feet of storage cost $5 for a day, so total amount company have to pay

= (5 x 600,000) / 10 = $300,000
