An argument for why the Native Americans should have the right to remain on their lands would most likely be based on the fact that they have a historical right to this land and own it even without the standard documentation of ownership. Native American populations inhabited certain regions like the Western Plains for centuries and their removal was arguably unjust and against American values. Therefore, one could also argue that their land should be accorded to them based upon American respect for private property, human dignity, and liberty.
The Black Plague didn't help improve the lives of anybody - it was such a horrible disease and spread so quickly throughout Europe that it decreased the population dramatically.
The Qing officials were worried about internal uprisings such as the Taiping Uprising which arose as the peasants considered the origins of the dynasty as foreign. China also experienced explosive population growth which posed a threat as it was not industrially revolutionized to meet the needs of this population.
Both were by citizens trying to break away from the king. The American revolution was successful while the French ended up with the death of the King and Queen and they went back to a monarchy some years later.
