ad B ..the Netherland has been a home for immigrants for century but not because of climate but because of liberties (already in 16th century). Climate alone cannot explain immigration.
ad C .. Czech republic has no coast, Denmark is quite small country with few millions of people so whatever immigration must have significant effect.
ad D ...immigrants usually come from the south, i.e. cold weather usually discourages them
