Japan, geographically, is one of the worst countries. It's like Italy, but worse, Mountains in the Middle with basically Tokyo and Osaka being the only mountain-free places, hence why they're so populated. There will not be conflict between the different parties
There will be a great environment for the pace of development of the country
Both were islamic countries, Safavids were Shia islam and Mughals were sunni islam. Both empires were in a group called the “gunpowder empires” (Ottoman empire was also a gunpowder empire). Both had great trade, Safavids were of the Persian culture, Mughals had a mix of many. There is so much more, but thats all I can think of
