The answer is B

Explanation: The author's details are very important when one is evaluating a text. The other answer choices are incorrect because first: when comparing two text, one needs a detailed analysis for both text to be able to tell the similarities and differences. Second: A thesis statement shouldn't be obvious. It is to be in a way where the reader should figure it out. And finally: Your own opinion does matter but it is not important when it comes to supporting your evaluation of a text. Textual evidence is the one important when it comes to supporting what you say or do.

What was the temple of Venus and Roma used for.
konstantin123 [22]
Temples were sanctuaries, not because the building itself but because it was consecrated by a specific ritual and a dedication for that specific goddess. It was the "residence" of that God where they were having ceremonies, prayers and keeping in the religious objects and the ones that devoted worshippers offered. Sometimes they were also having senate/council meetings and they were celebrating triumph, because even if these 2 thinghs weren't sacred activities (they were profane) they were for the well-being of the citizens, so they still considered them as such. They were usually having those profane activities in and outside Saturn's and Jupiter's temples tho, "usually".
