The company can not produce enough reels.

Step-by-step explanation:

Reels produced per day = 800

Production cut = 1/5

Let, the daily production be 1.

therefore,

New per day production = 1-\frac{1}{5}=\frac{5-1}{5}

New per day production = 4/5

Therefore,

4/5 of 800 = New no. of reels produced per day

\frac{4}{5}*800 = New no. of reels

640 = New no. of reels

New. no of reels produced per day = 640

Reels produced in 30 days = 640*30 = 19200

The company can not produce enough reels.

Jim runs 12 miles in 4 hours how many feet does he run per minute
hjlf

h= number of hours

m= number of miles

Formula: 4h=12m

(4 hours equals 12 miles)

Divide 4 on each side.

h= 3m

3 miles per hour.

Then, convert miles to feet. And hours to minute.

To do this simultaneously,

Convert miles to feet and hours to minutes.

There should be 3 "fractions" to multiply.

The first should be the original problem:

3miles/1 hour. (3 miles per hour).

The second should be 1 hour/60min. (1 hour per 60 min).

The third should be 5280 ft/1 mile. (5280 feet per mile).

The second and the third fractions are to convert miles to feet and the hours to minutes.

paul earns 25.50 for every lawn he mows. this week he moved L lawns. he spends 3.50 per lawn on gasoline. write an expression to
notsponge [240]
If Paul mows the lawn once, he earns 1*25.50.  If he mows it twice, he earns 2*25.50, and so on.  So, he earns L*25.50.  But, he spends 3.50.  So the equation is:

L*25.50-3.50

Which is the equation of a line that has a slope of -2/3 and passes through point (-3,-1)?
Fantom [35]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

You have to use Point Slope Form:

  • y - Y1 = m (x - X1)
  • m is the slope
  • Y1 & X1 is a point on the line
  • The form allows you to identify the slope & the point on the line

About Problem:

  • Since -2/3 is the slope, it represents m in y - Y1 = m (x - X1) form.
  • -3 represents X1 in y - Y1 = m (x - X1) form
  • -1 represents Y1  in y - Y1 = m (x - X1) form

y - Y1 = m (x - X1)

y - -1 = -2/3 (x - -3)  ---- This is in Point Slope Form

If you want to solve it, & put it in Slope Intercept form, it would look like this:

y = mx + b

y = -2/3 - 2 --- This is in Slope intercept Form.... I might've solved it wrong... I'm not sure...

Really really sorry if I'm incorrect...
