Some schools are now using heart rate monitors in gym class. Students’ final grades are based on their heart rates they achieve.

Do you think this is a good idea? Why or why not?

This could go both ways, it could be a good thing because considering the fact that it's gym class and it involves exercise. And they can montior if a student is actually doing what they are supposed to be doing. BUT on the other hand it could be a bad thing because some student's may have medical problems and what not so it would make them have a poor grade towards the end of the semester. I hope this helps.

Its not a good idea because you never know if the kid has an abnormal heart rate or has a heart problem. they should be graded on timing and participation.

How do findings of the Rand Health Insurance Experiment reinforce the relationship between growth in third-party reimbursement a
weqwewe [10]

Answer:

The Rand Health Insurance Experiment supports the relationship between growth in 3rd party reimbursement and increase in health care costs. This plan cost-sharing lowers the total costs compared to a free plan with a 25% patient co-insurance resulted in a 19% decline in expenditures.

In this patients or consumers do not typically pay for the most of health benefits and services used. Cost-sharing leads to lowering utilization costs. It does not affect the morality risk or measures of health even lower utilization case.
