To figure this out, you would find the area of the book by doing 9 * 6, which is 54. Now what you do is multiply that by 1.5 since that is the scale factor, and you get 81 in²

I hope this helps you! If it does, please rate as Brainliest :D

The first step is to enlarge 6 inches.   6 inches enlarged by 1.5 = 9 inches
 Then 9 inches.                                  9 inches enlarged by 1.5 = 13.5 inches

Next, you multiply to find the area.    area = 9 × 13 = 121.5 square inches

Hope this helps!! <3

The pyramid has a square base that is inscribed in the circular base of a cone. Draw an image of the composite shape of the base
belka [17]

Answer:

We are given that the pyramid has a square base that is inscribed in the circular base of a cone.

" To inscribe something means to draw (a figure) within another so that their boundaries touch but do not intersect "

Hence we have to draw a figure such that the  vertices of the square base of pyramid touch the points on the circle which is a base of a circular cone and also the top of the pyramid touches the top of the cone.

The figure of this question is attached to the answer.
