The action that the assistant that should be further clarified by the nurse is that in terms of catheter drainage bag, the assistant should placed it on the lower side of the wheel chair. It is because it more convenient for the patient and to the people around her as she passes by. Also, it is the best position to place it in for it is convenient for the client and won't cause harm as she sits on the wheel chair.
