The right answer to fill in the missing section is<em><u> intuition. </u></em>

<h2>Further explanation </h2>

Intuition is an idea or ideas that arise from an individual and is used as a consideration in deciding without being preceded by deliberate analysis.

Several studies have proven that intuition can help someone in making the right decision. For example, research involving nurses as respondents shows that nurses who have worked longer hours can make quick decisions but the results are good and right. In that research, the emergence of a quick decision is called intuition.

Where does intuition come from?

In the brain, there are two types of thinking systems, namely the conscious system and the unconscious system (unconscious). The part of the brain that regulates the human conscious system is the left brain and this system works more slowly, becomes the center of analysis, is rational, works based on facts and experiences that have happened, and everything that this system does is known to you. While the subconscious or unconscious system, is regulated by the right brain, its work is not known consciously and produces a fast response.

Then what about intrusions? Intuition is regulated by your subconscious system. Intuition also comes from information or experience that you have experienced before, but the information is in your subconscious. When intuition arises then the decision is a decision that arises from your subconscious. Thus, intuition arises without you having to think carefully and analyze all the events that have happened, suddenly just appearing.

Answer:

Intuition.

Explanation:

Simon is acting on intuition in his response to Jorge. Here Simon says that "My gut feeling is to say yes because of my experience in the past and what I have seen other companies do over the years, both successful and not."

This depicts that he had an intuition thought about success of  adding snow removal as an extra service. This was purely based on his intuition and previous experience of over 40 years.

The consumer's level of involvement can lead to two types of buying decisions: __________ or
Olenka [21]

Answer:

The consumer's level of involvement can lead to two types of buying decisions: limited problem solving or extended problem solving

Explanation:

limited problem solving:

It is a problem solving process in which customer is only willing to put very little effort to make a purchase decision in order to fulfill his want or need. Purchaser uses simple decision rules for reaching a a purchase decision with minimal research done. He is not much concerned about the best solution and has limited resources and time for searching information and assessing each alternative thoroughly.

For example: you need a new pair of joggers for gym.  You are already have an idea about joggers and know about new available materials and attributes. So you might do a bit research online and come to a decision comparatively quickly. You might consider your favorite outlet instead of searching for the joggers at every outlet. So you take buying decision limiting involvement in this process.

extended problem solving

In this process the costumer attempts to collect as much information as possible, and thoroughly assess and evaluate product alternatives. So in this situation buyer don't have much idea about the product brands, attributes and characteristics to access the product. Purchaser will research, differentiate and put a lot of effort for taking best buying decision that will fulfill his needs. prior to purchasing the product, he might visit various outlets, research online, search for reviews and suggestions, take information from outlet staff. about the product Marketer should provide with such information to customer.

For example high value items like car, a house etc. Such items are not purchased often so the consumer will invest a lot of time in research and comparison in order  to take the best decision.

While sitting beside a swimming pool, your neighbor Bob, a roof installer, tells you that you should buy stock in HotNet because
Nesterboy [21]

Answer: d) Cannot sue Bob for misrepresentation

Explanation: A misrepresentation is a false statement made from one person to another that a certain fact is true or accurate when it is indeed false. The fact that the value of the stock I bought on Bob's opinion does not give me the right to sue him for misrepresentation (intentional). The reason is this, Bob's expression of his opinion concerning the HotNet stock does not usually constitute a misrepresentation even when it turns out that his opinion is incorrect. It wasn't intended, however, he could be sued for negligent misrepresentation.
