I assume were speaking about patients if you were a doctor or someone that practices in the medical field ? 1. so they understand the situation that is going on 2. if your patient isn't aware of there sickness or the problem they have ran into you can thoroughly explain to them so they have a better understanding. 3. lastly educating your patient just gives them an over all sense of reassurance that you know what your talking about and as well know what your doing.
