Hypertension refers to the long term condition in which the blood pressure of the person is continuously observed in high value or it is the condition of high blood pressure.

Hypertension could e the cumulative effect of many factors like a high amount of fat and salt in diet along with several hormonal problems.  

If a person shifts from anti-hypersensitive medication to the mediation then the nurse would divide the patient to continue the medication and besides start doing mediation as both will show cumulative effect and not avoiding medications.
