At a location, rainwater runs off the face of a cliff that is 15 meters high. How is the face of the cliff most likely to change

over time? Physical weathering by water would carve out the face of the cliff. Deposition by water would carve out the face of the cliff. The top of the cliff would crack due to deposition of sediments. Colored mineral streaks would be formed at the top of the cliff due to erosion.

The answer is; Physical weathering by water would carve out the face of the cliff.

The bottom of the cliff would register the greatest weathering because of the force of the water hitting the rocks in the fall. As a cave is curved from the base of the cliff, the overhanging part of the cliff eventually collapses hence retracting the cliff a small distance upstream of the river. WITCHER [35]

What hormone helps plants move toward a stimulus?

A.)Ethylene

B.)Auxins

C.)Acids

Auxin moves to the darker side of the plant, causing the cells there to grow larger than corresponding cells on the lighter side of the plant. This produces a curving of the plant stem tip toward the light, a plant movement known as phototropism. Auxin also plays a role in maintaining apical dominance
