aleksley [76]

Answer:

My witch's heart is made of stone (7 syllables)

Cold as winter, I cut to the bone (9 syllables)

My witch's soul is black as tar (7 syllables)

Forged in darkness to leave a scar (8 syllables)

My witch's blood, it burns with power (8 syllables)

Cross me not or you will cower (8 syllables)

My witch's hands will conjure evil (8 syllables)

I plot and plan, I'm quite deceitful. (9 syllables)

My witch's tongue will speak a curse (7 syllables)

To bring you misery and so much worse. (10 syllables)

Three lines have seven syllables, four lines have eight syllables, two lines have nine syllables, and only one line has ten syllables.

My witch's teeth are sharp as knives

they shine with the brightening light

Explanation:

To make a poem and to this, to rhyme, we have to use in every line almost the same number of syllables. The other thing that we have to take into consideration is that some words in the lines have to have similar sounds for them to rhyme, like the words curse and worse.

When we write our line, we have to make sure to have a similar number of syllables and words that rhyme.
