5. the answer is 5. take 4.5/0.9=5

4.5 divided by 0.9.......move the decimal to the left one space because u dont want the divisor to have a decimal...but if u move it over for the divisor, u have to move it over for the dividend...turning ur problem to :45 divided by 9, which equals 5
