'Manifest' means clarity in mind and destiny means forthcoming events. US believed that it is the chosen country by the will of god to show the rest of the world that a federated Government would be reined supreme.

Explanation:

Manifest is not a single ideology whereas it combines American exceptionalism, nationalism, expansionists approach and racism. Americans believe that Manifest destiny would confer good to the territory making its people civilized. Louisiana purchase enabled US to purchase many thousand miles of territory which expanded United states by three fourth and the next manifest destiny accomplishment is the lands which were usurped from Mexico during the US and Mexican war. The same dictum is written by Rudyard Kipling which

The effects of westward expansion was mostly felt by the Native Americans who were forced to migrate to south ward leaving their lands and livestock. andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer: test had less than perfect reliability

Explanation: The test score used by the college to predict how a student will perform could be said to have less than perfect reliability. This proved to be the case due to the students actual performance when later admitted based on intervention. It shows that the test score can not consistently serve as proof that only students who have above the cut off mark will be good performers in the college. Therefore, it could be concluded that the test score had less than perfect reliability based on the the eventual performance of the student.
