3.Access to health care and clean environment, there is a popular saying of health is wealth, once people have the opportunity to access health care facilities, improved quality life is achieved, people don't need to struggle to get to a hospital, the door must be open to people .

From the above 3 points I have discussed, i believe I have been able to justify the truth statement that once they are achieved, an improved quality lifestyle is achieveable.
