The nurse should provide clean clothing as an option for the patient, and let them know they are willing to clean their clothes and give them right back. The nurse should assure the patient that she means no harm by taking their clothes; she/he is only going to wash them. They should also deny any delusions about the nurse taking the patient's clothing.
Hope this helps!

36. how can you increase surface area but not volume of an object? biology
solong [7]
Folds, wrinkles, etc!
by folding the membrane of an organelle, surface area is optimized while volume remains the same. that is why mitochondria looks folded on the inside when you see pictures of it. the higher the surface area to volume ratio, the more efficient the organelle.

What is pollination? Identify three ways pollen can be transferred. How is cross-pollination different
Stells [14]

Answer:

The transfer of pollen to a stigma, ovule, flower, or plant to allow fertilization. It can be transferred by things that feed from what has pollen. Self-pollination occurs when the pollen from the anther is deposited on the stigma of the same flower, or another flower on the same plant. Cross-pollination is the transfer of pollen from the anther of one flower to the stigma of another flower on a different individual of the same species.
