To make a sentence more dazzling, you need to use more adjectives, active verbs, and basically present your readers with more information than just the dull sentence Nathan listened to music. It would be good to say what Nathan was like, what kind of music he listened to, why, etc. So, this could be your answer:
Having spent 8 hours at his boring job today, tired Nathan decided to spend some sweet time enjoying the melodic tunes of his favorite music genre ever.

A square tablecloth has a perimeter of 12 feet. what is the area of the tablecloth?
Vikentia [17]
Perimeter = 2length + 2width
Since this is a square, we know that length and width are the same so the equation becomes:
Perimeter = 4 length
length = perimeter/4
length = 12ft / 4
length = 3 ft

Now we use the side length to find area.
Area = length * width
Since they are the same in a square:
Area = length²
Area = (3 ft)²
Area = 9 ft²

Therefore, the area is 9 square feet.
