Genetic code is the pair of three amino acids which is the same is all the organisms but the arrangement of these codes is specific in each individual and due to these variations every individual is different than the other.

Humans are polygenic which means there are multiple factors which causes the variations in the genetic structure of an organism. Also the sexual mode of reproduction is responsible for producing genetically variant offspring when compared to their parents. Even the twin are not genetically identical though the genetic codes might be the same.
