Answer:

Constructive relationship is better than Destructive relationships in healing mentally and emotionally all the members with in a relationship

Explanation:

In a constructive relationship a person has flexibility of role and is concerned about the need of the other member in the relationship.

It's not a self-centered relationship and this is to be ensured through communication and a lot of flexibility.

On the other hand in a destructive or non-constructive relationship a person’s role is inflexible and he/she is not concerned about the other members need.

Destructive relationships are not good as it can be good at a time to one person only. The other member in the relationship is hurt badly both mentally and emotionally. Thus this relationship is unsatisfying.

What was the predominant form of social organization in the tropical rain forests of western and central africa?
ki77a [65]

The predominant form of social organization in the tropical rain forests of western and central Africa was small-scale societies led by local councils.

In a small-scale society, a person interacts with the same people in almost all social circumstances, but in a large-scale society, a person has a variety of impersonal or part-relationships, some of which are fleeting and others which are enduring, and both of which do not always overlap.

There are generally few such positions in small-scale social organization , and those that do exist tend to be integrated with the ruling class. Agrarian societies, hunting and gathering societies are a few examples of small-scale societies.

People who produce and maintain agricultural goods make up agrarian communities. Another indicator of an agrarian civilization is how well-off a nation is in agricultural output. Thus the small social organization led by local councils are more predominant in the tropical rain forests of western and central Africa.

When using a visual aid in a speech, you should display the aid?
dexar [7]
It depends on the type of the speech. If it is a short, impromptu or unimportant speech, there is no problem in displaying the aid. If it is a long, or important speech, it is better to not display the aid but if the speech is not memorised the aid should be somewhere where it doesn't draw attention and brief glances should be used if needed. Always look at the audience and not down at the aid.

How did the black codes affected blacks in Louisiana, and How did they deal with it ?
lions [1.4K]

Answer:

Actually, Louisiana is one of the states in the South that have the most disdain for people of colour. Louisiana had started the Jim Crow Era in the early 1900's, meaning that African-Americans weren't treated good, segregation is more of a new normal back then. But with the Black Codes, it may had been bad in Louisiana but it was worse in states like Mississippi, which had the most lynchings by the end of the 1800's. Today, African-Americans fight for more representation in not only the United States, but around the world.

Explanation:

Segregation is the action of setting things apart or a person(s) apart.

To lynch someone means to beat them up to death, kind of like a death sentence. (mostly popular in the 1800's)
