How many steps equal one mile
prisoha [69]

Answer:

2,000 steps

Explanation:

An average person has a stride length of approximately 2.1 to 2.5 feet. That means that it takes over 2,000 steps to walk one mile and 10,000 steps would be almost 5 miles. A sedentary person may only average 1,000 to 3,000 steps a day. For these people adding steps has many health benefits.

Nata [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

  • withdraw symptoms; to avoid this start with small steps don't quit all t once, this can be even more harmful to your body
  • heart attacks and other health issues; you can also try to avoid them by quitting little by little, because quitting too fast (depending on how long the person has smoked) could cause your body to go into shock because it isn't receiving nicotine regularly.
