I believe the answers are:

-Scientific theories can be made obsolete by new experiments or observations.

This can happen as long as the new experiments provide stronger evidence for conflicting conclusion.

-Scientific findings are based on carefully tested and scrutinized observations.  

From the observations , scientists would create a conclusion best on the objective evidence, which usually revolves around relationship between variables.

-Science is a process that is limited to answering questions about the natural world.

This happen because unlike in mythical world, Natural world leaves trails of evidence that can be measured
