In the picture, it is a semicircle, so you have to remember to divide the area by 2.
The diameter of the circle is 18, so the radius is 9. Using the formula, I'll find the area.
9²π=81π= 254.34÷2= 127.17
Now finding the radius actually help, because that semicircle's height is its radius, which is 9.
18 ×9 = 162
Now I'm going to find the shaded area.
162 - 127.17 = 34.83 mm²

BRAINLIEST + 35 POINTS
tiny-mole [99]

Reflected over the x axis and rotated 180° is your answer

First, note that the horizontal line is the x- axis, and that the figure is reflected over the x- axis.

Next, note that the placement of each point is not exactly identical. Instead, it is flipped. This means that the side is rotated 180°

hope this helps

2. Jerry has a new job and earns a salary of $45,000. Victoria has a new job and earns a salary of $54,000. Jerry will receive a
Sergio039 [100]

Answer:

Jerry will earn the same as Victoria in 9 years.

Step-by-step explanation:

Giving the following information:

Jerry:

Net income= 45,000 + 2,500x

Victoria:

Net income= 54,000 + 1,500x

x= number of years

Now, we need to equal both formulas and isolate x:

45,000 + 2,500x = 54,000 + 1,500x

1,000x = 9,000

x= 9

Jerry will earn the same as Victoria in 9 years.

Prove:

Jerry= 45,000 + 2,500*9= $67,500

Victoria= 54,000 + 1,500*9= $67,500
